This section of publications aims to complement the quantitative and qualitative information collected by Unibasq Behatokia. It consists of a selection of monographic reports, studies, articles and similar documents that aims to provide knowledge on various areas of analysis of university activity, such as the quality of university degrees and the tools for measuring them, guidance for access to university degrees, the labour market insertion of graduates and other similar aspects.

University rankings is a trending but a controversial topic, because of the methodology used in existing rankings and the consequences of using them for purposes for which they were not designed. This report analyses some trends in international university rankings, focusing on the methodologies and indicators used to measure the quality of teaching at different universities. It presents their strengths and limitations, the way in which data are collected, and the latest international trends in teaching quality and its measurement. This document was produced by the Advisory Committee of Unibasq, under the direction of Endika Bengoetxea, lecturer at the UPV/EHU and specialist technician from the DG Education and Culture at the European Commission.
